It’s no secret that i am a big supporter of VaughnLive and have defended them again and again, but to run a fair blog, it’s only right that we report the good and the bad, which we have always done, remember we even praised Shez Jackson when he was actually doing a good Moderating job!
Now before i go any further, i missed the cast of FoxmanShawn and Loveleigh on their ‘date’ at the hotel, so i can’t comment on what happened, or what didn’t. But i was watching the Joe Walsh cast last night, and to be fair, Miss Scruffy didn’t come across very well at all.
See, this is where the problem is. The only picture i’ve come across regarding that night, was one where Foxman was cuddling up to Loveleigh.
Now, we all know a lot of the blogs would be posting any ‘naughty’ pictures if they were available, but not one, anywhere?
Yet Scruffy is convinced Foxman was in the wrong, and without seeing the cast first hand, i’m assuming that, despite everybody claiming he did nothing wrong, there must have been some nudity or sex somewhere..until this:
So nothing did happen, it was just what she thought ‘might’ have happened if the cast would of gone any further.
Harsh Miss Scruffy, very harsh. From what everybody was saying, the Fox was being a gentleman, which i can believe.
This guy’s not a bad person. Yes, he gets shit faced everyday, but he works for his money, so let him spend it on what he wants and have fun.
You can’t ban somebody for what you think might happen lol.
I think a 72 hour ban for Scruffy would suffice 🙂
Miss Scruffy does seem to have her favourites when it comes to the rules, some get away with more than others.
I’ve had a nasty experience with Miss Scruffy, Miss Scruffy is somehow convinced that I have been streaming porn and responsible for posting porn links in the chatrooms at Vaughnlive. I have never streamed at all on Vaughnlive and I don’t even view or visit porn sites let alone paste porn links, I had been a user for viewing casts and having a clean laugh. My streaming history is this, my last streaming sessions was on JTV back in 2007, streaming formula 1 on ITV before the BBC got hold of the contract, once the BBC got hold of broadcasting rights of F1, somehow they got wind of me relying the stream to people that didn’t have access in their countries to view formula one, particularly the practice sessions. Anyway, the BBC had flagged my channel followed by sending TV licence goons to my door looking me to pay the TV licence, yea “the cheek of them” Anyway In trying to have a reasonable conversation with Miss Scruffy in trying to convince her that I had no part to play in anything porn related on Vaughnlive, she didn’t seem to want to take it in and believe me that I had no part in any of what she was coming off with. Below is the exact conversation via email I had with this Scruffy in trying to clear things up but she wasn’t having any of it. I tried to make a complaint direct to Mark Vaughn himself about her taking down my accounts about my username in which I was using and I had every right to use, after all, isn’t vaughnlive an adult themed website? before her accusations about me being responsible of broadcasting porn and posting of porn related links into the chatrooms came to light but any emails sent, it goes straight to Miss Scruffy first, Mark Vaughn probably hadn’t even seen let alone read of what I had written.

I wish to put in a complaint regarding MissScruffy, I don’t know what her problem is but she has taken down 2 of my accounts on vaughnlive without reason, the most recent account being kam1kaze_squad, in which I managed to have a brief talk to her about restoring my original (Ben_the_Bastard) account, to which she had claimed that my username was offensive, yet no one else but her was offended by it., from that point on, she has accused me of boasting about her on my twitter feed, although I did give her an opportunity to talk to me and come to a negotiation for me to get my account back but she wouldn’t have any of it and decided to cut communication from me rather than try to sort it out in me requesting of the real reason as to why she taken down my account. she has accused me behind my back of by-passing a site ban, after she had banned my kam1kaze_squad account, leaving me unable to login due to the ban to defend myself.. I don’t even know how to even go about by-passing site bans let alone actually being a suspect of using some sort of mod to by-pass site bans, I have never used anything in my life to by-pass such bans from any site and I am against such acts. All I ask for is my Ben_the_Bastard account back, it seems to be too much to ask for from MissScruffy and this is why I am writing to you for to me, I just can’t talk to an idiot such as MissScruffy who is doing nothing but refusing to talk to me via email or whatever but at the same time, is more than willing to bad mouth the users of your site behind the backs of users who are unable to speak up for themselves due to her pulling her weight around and imposing restrictions, bans and in not listening clear enough to users of your site and is not willing to listen but carries on taking down accounts without a valid enough reason of user who have never done any harm to other users of the site not have broken any TOS of your site.

Further more to my Kam1kaze_Squad user name, I can’t see how you are objecting to that now, after all, that is also my xbox live gamertag and is not in violation of xbox live TOS so I don’t undertsand how it is in breach of the TOS of vaughnlive, You didn’t seem to have a problem with the Kam1kaze_Squad username when I had contacted you after making a new account under that name after you had banned my Ben_the_Bastard account that I had a bit of trouble login in after creating the Kam1kaze_Squad username to which you had fixed for me.

sounds to me Ben like the VPN you’re using has the same IP as someone who used it in 2013…OR….you signed up for internet and happened to get the same IP as someone who previously was malicious on Vaughnlive. Just contact your ISP and have your IP changed…might be a fee involved…
Could be and wouldn’t surprise me either if there was someone that was cloaking my IP at the time, at the time I was with TalkTalk and given what’s coming out today in the media with what has been going on with TalkTalk in having been hacked and personal details of 4 million customers be it current and former customers email, bank accounts being leaked online. Still it is no excuse in randomly blaming someone that had never casted but was considering casting on the likes of vaughnlive. Doesn’t IP addresses give out country of origin?
Besides, my IP wasn’t banned from viewing the site or prevented me from making a new account or even chatting as a guest user, who’s ever IP Miss Scruffy has claimed to have barred, it certainly wasn’t my IP.. I am just so pissed off at the lack of understanding from Miss Scruffy in me trying to explain that I had nothing to do what she claims that I have been responsible for but as you and everyone else can clearly read, it went in one ear and out the other..
